Shipping Policy

We ship within South Africa only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. A minimum shipping fee applies per order. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Exotix Zoo Store.

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt at store@exotixzoo.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Perishable goods (such as live food or fresh produce) are not eligible for return unless they arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
